Our range of operational capabilities consist of 33 states from the Rocky Mountains to Ohio, and North Dakota to the Gulf Coast, with occasional work in outlying states.
We employ approximately 170 full-time water professionals consisting of office staff, fabricators, welders, erectors, steelworkers, painters, inspectors and maintenance technicians. This includes 16 field crews performing field and site operations. We also have the expertise of an in-house engineering department, 4 SSPC C3/C5 Lead Abatement certified personnel, and Rural Water, AWWA, and AMPP professionals.

Roxana Bagwell is one of your local tank experts in the “Lonestar State” covering North and Central Texas. Roxana has a BS degree from Colorado State University. She raised two children in North, TX and now lives in Central TX. Roxana has spent her career selling oil and gas services in the Eagleford Shale in South Texas, moving to water for the last six years selling water well & pump service, and currently everything water tanks. Maguire Iron is a member of TWUA & TRWA. Roxana brings experience, knowledge, and resources in the following areas:

Michael Bruck is your Water Tower Expert in “Central and The Panhandle of Texas” Growing up in Southwest Ohio he is familiar with life in Rural America and the associated challenges small communities face. After serving in the US Army for 22years, He elected to work in the water industry in various positions. He moved to move San Antonio in 2016. Michael brings a diverse and extensive background working with small to large municipalities, contractors, engineers and specializes in the following areas:

Teddy Krein
Water Tower Expert
Teddy Krein is your Water Tank and Tower expert in East Texas as well as Louisiana. Growing up in Alberta, Canada, he received his Journeyman Welding Certificate from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, and his Bachelor of Management from Concordia University of Edmonton. In 2018, Teddy enrolled at Tulane University to where he completed his Masters of Management. After conferral of his degree, he elected to stay in the South, residing in the Houston area with his wife Maria and son little Teddy. Teddy brings a diverse, as well as extensive background working with a variety of municipalities, contractors, engineers, and specializes in the following areas:
