SIOUX FALLS – Carrie Moate, Human Resource Generalist for Maguire Iron, recently received her SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resources.

The Senior Certified Profession Certification is for HR professionals with more than seven years of experience and have a work history of performing strategic level HR duties. Work at this level includes duties such as developing HR policies and/or procedures, overseeing the execution of integrated HR operations, directing an entire HR enterprise, or leading the alignment of HR strategies to organizational goals.
