Scotty and I have got a few prepared comments that that we’d like to share with you so here we go. On behalf of the entire Maguire organization we want to welcome and thank you for being our guest to share this momentous occasion in the history of Maguire iron with us. We’re here on the northeast side of Sioux Falls with hearts full of excitement and gratitude. As we gather on this land today the word groundbreaking stands for far more than the literal breaking of ground it, stands for the groundbreaking synergies between innovation quality and employee comfort that will make the new Maguire campus the flagship of the water storage tank industry. It stands for Ed Maguire, Gene Jones senior and Audrey Jones, people whose groundbreaking determination hard work and leadership laid the foundation for this project to be possible. It also stands for the groundbreaking investment that our organization is making in our future team members leaders in our third generation owners of Maguire to come foreign Maguire our vision is to store and protect quality water. We do this by being the best water tank company for our customers and employees our co-workers this new campus is the bold next step in our strategic vision.
This campus will provide a place of great human dignity where our team members will achieve a high quality of life for themselves and their families. We want to say thank you to each current and former team member for their hard work and dedication in helping deliver the most important ingredient in life, water.
Teamwork and partnership marked the preparations that have brought us to this point. Family, team members, friends, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and many others, have been vital to the vision and the planning of this project which includes an office building, fabrication facility and maintenance shop. We would like to say thank you to those partners. The state of South Dakota and Governor Noem and the governor’s office of Economic Development, Steve Van Buskirk and the Van Buskirk Companies, Dennis Breske in NAI Sioux Falls, the city of Sioux Falls, the Sioux Falls Development Foundation, the Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce, Feigen Construction and all their design partners. They are the general contractor on the project. And then First Dakota National Bank, the Ness family, and Rocky Rehfeldt, for believing in our vision.
Being part of America’s water infrastructure is a privilege. A privilege that has been passed from Ed Maguire to our father Gene Jones senior and to the Jones brothers, Gene Jr., Jeff, Brad and myself, and someday God willing to the third generation of the Jones family. This is the reason for this new state-of-the-art campus. We are honoring the past while continuing the legacy of those who came before us and leaving our legacy for those that will come after us. The future is bright from Maguire. Thanks so much.
I want to tell everybody thank you so much for coming out. This is a great turnout. We’re so excited to see all of you and for joining us in this momentous occasion and God bless you all. Thank you.
